Fresh, inviting and thoughtfully designed, our Deluxe Studio Apartments are located on the ground floor (Level 2), offering a peaceful retreat with lovely views across Dunedin City towards the surrounding hills.

Each studio features a comfortable queen-size bed and inviting armchairs, with both a private patio at the front and access to a courtyard at the rear — giving you space to enjoy the outdoors throughout the day.

The ensuite bathroom features a convenient easy access flat-floor shower, while the well-appointed kitchenette includes a microwave and everything you need for a relaxed, independent stay. A convenient washer/dryer is also provided in the apartment.

Interconnecting Deluxe Studio Apartments may be available on enquiry, making these studios a wonderful option for guests travelling together while retaining the comfort and privacy of their own space.
